Harassment, bullying, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the trailer. 3. Health and Safety: a. All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff members. b. Proper hygiene is required. Please clean your hands before entering the trailer to help maintain a clean gaming environment. c. No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed inside the trailer. d. Running, jumping, or rough play inside the trailer is prohibited. 4. Equipment Care: a. Handle all gaming equipment and accessories with care to avoid damage. b. Inform staff immediately if you encounter any technical issues with the equipment. 5. Game Selection: Participants can select games from the provided collection. Please be mindful of the time spent on each game to ensure fair access for all participants. 6. Queue Management: To provide equal opportunities for all participants, a time limit may be imposed on each gaming session during peak hours. 7. Parental Supervision: Children under a certain age (as specified by the event) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while inside the trailer. 8. Personal Belongings: a. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The trailer is not liable for any lost or stolen items. b. Bags and personal items should be stored in designated areas. 9. Photographs and Recordings: Photographs and recordings within the trailer may be taken for promotional purposes. If you wish not to be included, please inform a staff member. 10. Booking and Payments: a. Booking and payment details must be confirmed prior to using the mobile gaming trailer. b. Refunds or rescheduling may be subject to the trailer's cancellation policy. 11. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, participants must follow the instructions of staff members and exit the trailer calmly and quickly. 12.
